Question of trust was always critical on the web and as generally known web today is one of the weakest place in regard to protection of someone’s privacy or rights. It affects almost all industries on the web and hotel reservation as well. This issue becomes more important while the industry expands. The percentage of internet-based hotel reservations was tripled in 2004 to 15.4 percent from 4.9 according to Andersen LLP. It is generally known that 85% of Internet users rely on search engines to find any information on the Web (e.g. MSN, Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, etc). But we have to keep in mind that being listed in the top search results at the major search engines mentioned above gives no guarantee at all that a certain company is really reliable. While search engines make their ranking rules more strict, there are still a good number of websites with false reputation that appear in the top search results at major search engines by using some tricks. To make it clear and help web-surfers to understand this issue from a professional point of view our team will give some major hints to which anyone should pay attention to find the right company. We will discuss some issues about travel industry, which can be helpful in understanding of major problems.

Most of the travel websites if not all of them provide only reservation service without giving any information or news about this fast developing industry on the web. According to the statistics, travel related websites generate a huge traffic on the web and of course it brings to a high competition in this industry. Every day thousands of new travel websites appear on the web but most of them after spending much efforts and finance, disappear from the web as easily as they appeared first. The reason - it is not an easy task to build quality, travel website able to provide not only quality service but also to present a wide range of products professionally. There are many travel websites providing so many information, partly useful and partly not since they don’t understand the market, its specific needs, needs of customers which finally brings to abundance of the information collected on the website thus making a trouble to a visitor to find easily what he needs. Other websites while having good hotel database still can’t organize their website in a proper way. If you visit this kind of website you can hardly find information about the city that you need. You have to spend a few minutes trying to find what you need among huge amount of text links. Hotel search must be organized as easy as possible divided by cities, countries, type of hotels with good advanced search boxes for the best discount hotel deals.

On some websites when you start searching for discount hotel deals, the engine gives you only a few results leaving you almost not a choice. Or you have to visit each hotel link separately resulting in spending much time. That’s why the most important in any industry on the web and especially in travel service is to collect information about all discount hotel deals in the best way and put them in front of the customer professionally to make his reservation procedure as easy and fast as possible. To provide this service a travel website team must be knowledgeable first and experienced through years not just a few days or months.

In addition to the competition, another problem, a visitor is having on the web today is a trust. We have to agree that it is not an easy to pay your hard earned money on the web without knowing anything about website. It is another problem web visitors are having today. You have to be very careful when you choose a website on the web. The best solution is to choose a website which is the old experienced on the web. There are many young sectors on the web where it is hard to find an experienced website. There are a few websites in travel industry that exist on the web for the last 10, 15 years. It is a good criteria to choose the right website. Another advantage of the experienced websites is that they know how to serve their customers since they have a good experience, they know different types of problems that may appear during hotel reservation and they know how to solve these problems professionally. That’s why the best choice is to visit this kind of websites or the ones that connected to them through affiliate links thus providing almost the same quality of service. When you visit a travel website pay attention to Customer Care section, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cancel Reservation Policy, Confirming Reservation, Payment Issues and other Frequently Asked Questions section. Availability and detailed description of these sections gives another credibility to a website. Pay attention to the availability of the phone number with a live person to reply to any of your question. If you find subscription to a newsletter option that says that a website team builds a long and strong relations with their customers. A good website provides secure reservation thus protecting their customers from many problems on the web. BBB.org is a Better Business Bureau organization that provides information on over two million organizations and websites and it is advisable to check any website before you invest. When you visit a website and find BBB sign with a link taking you to the main base of this organization testifying that a website you visited has a long presence on the web and a reliable partner then you can stop this website and choose it as your travel provider. If this sign is not available it doesn’t decrease credibility of a website but its availability is preferable.

Finally, we have to keep in mind that a good, quality website is not the one that provides reservation service but rather the one that builds a strong relations with its customers, provides full service including solutions to the problems a customer may have. It is the best strategy any website should follow.

Have a good travel

Striped Bass or stripers are good eating and fun to fish for too! Some of the best places to troll for them happen to be in protected waters. If you have a hankering for stripers, there’s plenty of charter boats that will let you catch your fill.

When trolling for striped bass, you want to make sure you use the right equipment. If you charter a boat, you should be supplied with all that you need. Striped bass like to hang out near the bottom - below the bait so wire line is used to get the lures down to their level. It’s important to prevent line wear to the guides on your rod so make sure you use one that has guides of carboloy, aluminum oxide or silicon carbide.

As with most fishing, your success depends on matching the lure to whatever the fish are eating. Your charter guide should know exactly what to use for that. Striped bass are known to eat a large variety including eels, squid, silversides, crab, soft clams, lobsters, sea worms and other fish such as flounder smelt and silver hake.

Your best bet at catching striped bass is to go out after dawn or around dusk, but in the middle of summer, these fish like to feed at night.

If you don’t want the expense of renting a charter to troll for striped bass, you can always fish from shore. Again the same rules apply - make sure you present them with something that resembles what they are currently feeding on. A 10 foot surf rod is typical and you should make sure to use at least 30 pound test line. If you are using live bait, make sure to use a float to keep the bait away from crabs on the bottom.

Trolling for stripers can be a fun activity for the whole family. A little bit more gently than fishing for big game fish, it might not be as exciting for many fisherman, but a good trip to bring the wife and kids on.

Once you have your bass, you can prepare them by baking, broiling or grilling. You can even have striper stuffed steaks if you can get them thick enough. To bake, lightly flour the fish and bake at 400 degrees until white and flaky.

Lee Dobbins writes for fishing-around.com where you can find more on all type of fishing. Visit fishing-around for more bass fishing tips.

Thirty five years of Bible reading has convinced me that God is not nit-picky. He doesn’t judge every little infraction we make as we go minute by minute through the day. In fact to believe that he does borders on the insane and comes well within the borders of frivolous nonsense. What is not frivolous is that God will judge an individual, a collective group, a nation or the entire world for behavior that has “passed beyond the mark.” He is marvelously patient but in common vernacular, He ain’t no fool.

You’ve got to ask the question, if man judges, punishes, and corrects his offspring why wouldn’t God? Are we greater than Him? Using the Bible lets take this question to task and that will help us to do a much needed reality check in this area.

In the book of Deuteronomy 28 1-14 there are over a dozen pronouncements of blessings to anyone who chooses to heed God’s commandments and adhere to them faithfully as the live each day. Conversely, there are over fifty verses of curses and calamities for those who decide they are going to ignore His commands and live any way they like, Deuteronomy 28:15f. Things like madness, hemorrhoids and terrors are included in the heap just to name a few.

Any theologian worth his salt knows that the ongoing judgment for sin in this world is a sure thing and it is the very reason there is a thorn on the rose. The only question remaining is which of the disasters and other calamities that befall us are his direct judgments. This is much harder to answer.

I am an evacuee from hurricane Katrina and Rita, was that a judgment from God. I have pondered this question a lot. When I consider the areas hit by the many hurricanes in this country in the last few years I noticed one thing they all had in common. They are all play lands and resort areas in one way or another. The Florida resorts and beaches, the Gulf coast casinos and hotels, the New Orleans French Quarter and the Mexican resort play land of Cancun. Could this have anything to do with it, perhaps?

I don’t think I’m wise enough to know for sure if all that destruction is God’s judgment but I am inclined to think it is. When the tsunami struck the coasts of Indonesia and other Asian countries I pondered the same question. I have become more inclined to see that disaster as Gods judgment only because I discovered a little known fact about that area only a few days after the Tsunami struck. That part of the world has the largest black market children for sale activity in the world. How large, twelve billion dollars a year large. Couple that fact with this verse of scripture fond in Matthew 18:6 and, you be the judge. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

God is not Santa Claus or a doting old grandfather in the sky who sloppily bestows endless benefits and gifts to us while ignoring our injustice and excesses. It may be a bit presumptuous to call every calamity that arises, a judgment of God but it is far more presumptuous to think he will stand idly by while we sin and party ourselves into a stupor.

While accountants are reaching for aspirin, millions of Americans are reaching for some fast cash this tax season. Unfortunately, those who reach for fast cash in the form of a “refund anticipation loan” are getting hit with interest rates and fees that are out of this world.

The tempting ads are plastered in newspapers and on television for “fast cash refunds”, “express refunds”, or “instant refunds.” The ads offer to get your refund in a day or two, or in some cases even instantly.

What is a “refund anticipation loan”? It’s a loan that borrows against your anticipated tax refund from the IRS. Refund anticipation loans, or RAL’s as they are known in the tax industry, carry annual percentage rates (APR’s) of about 60% to over 700%, a fact that many consumers either don’t realize or simply overlook.

RAL’s are marketed to people who need money the most such as low and moderate income workers. A report by the National Consumer Law Center notes that “about 40% of the 12 million refund loan customers in 2000, were families who received the Earned Income Tax Credit, the largest federal poverty assistance program.” And since the RAL’s often use the term “refund” in their ads, many of those who take the bait don’t realize that they’re receiving a loan and not their actual refund from the IRS.

The fees associated with RAL’s are expensive. For example, let’s say the IRS owes you a refund of $2,000. In order to get a RAL you pay the following: RAL loan fee = $75, Electronic filing fee = $40, tax preparer’s fee = $100. Total fees associated with your RAL = $215 which is more than 10 percent of your estimated refund. The APR on your refund loan equals a whopping 142 percent!

Many low and moderate income workers are without bank accounts and wind up paying an additional fee to set up a one-time-use account so that their IRS refund can be direct deposited.

Before giving in to the temptations of refund anticipation loans, ask yourself if you really need your money that quickly. If you can wait just a bit longer for your refund you’ll line your own pockets with extra cash rather than forking it over to a RAL lender.

A great way to save money at tax time is to go to a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site. VITA sites provide free tax preparation to low and moderate income taxpayers and are sponsored by the IRS. They can be found in libraries, community centers and other locations during the tax season. To find a VITA site call the IRS general help line at 1-800-TAX-1040 or visit www.tax-coalition.org.

The author of this article owns an online Toy Store called ToyGrotto (www.toygrotto.net) and would like to enlighten readers about the fantastic FurReal range which includes Fur Real Friends (FurReal Friends), Fur Real Newborn Luv Cubs (FurReal Newborn Luv Cubs), Fur Real Luv Cubs (FurReal), Fur Real Kitten (FurReal Kitten) and Fur Real Newborn Bunnies (FurReal Newborn Bunnies.

Do readers remember the days when a teddy bear was just a teddy bear - it lay there and didn’t move or talk? Well I think it is safe to say that when Fur Real (FurReal) entered the toy market that the end of the traditional teddy bears was on the horizon.

It as to be said that the Fur Real (FurReal) range is fantastic and is proving very popular sales wise. These toys have been made so that the animals in the range actually replicate the noises and movement of real animals. The FurReal Newborn Bunnies for instance move their head and open their eyes when you stroke their backs. The fact that the child is able to interact with these toys in order to provoke action out of them is fantastic.

The FurReal Luv Cubs are one of the most popular FurReal (Fur Real) items in the range. These huggable cubs produce giggle and crying sounds and move their arms, head and face. Interactive sensors enable the cubs to respond to feeding, tickling and hugging. Incredibly a bottle is also included for feeding.

Technology is evolving and toys are evolving with it, whether those toys may be DVD board games or teddy bears. It is just so nice to see that traditional toys are becoming modern and not being eliminated.

If you like this article and share the same passion for the phenomenon that is FurReal (Fur Real) then please feel free to pay a visit to the authors own e-commerce store at ToyGrotto.
The author would very much appreciate any kind of feedback that you have to offer regarding ToyGrotto. Please feel free to submit your comments to the author at toygrotto@toygrotto.net.

Food poisoning is a sepsis(The presence of harmful microorganisms or associated toxins in the blood and tissues), that is caused by consuming foods that are contaminated with pathogenic bacteria, toxins, viruses, prions or parasites. These contaminations are normally as a result of improper handling, storage or preparation of food. Pesticides added to food can also add in the likelyhood of consumption of the viruses. Contact that Pests, such as flies and cockroaches have with food, further increases the change of contamination.

Because symptoms often don’t occur for several hours after the contaminated food is eaten, it is hard at times to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’ and figure out exactly where it came from. Initial Food Poisoning symptoms generally include: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, headache or tiredness. Typically our body is able to recover by itself from the poisoning, after a short period of time. In rare cases, especially with babies and pregnant women, food poisoning can result in permanent health problems, and in even more extreme cases, death.

The time that passes between the food consuption and the actual presence of the virus, is known as the incubation period. During this period microbes are passed through the stomach and into the intestine where they attach the cells that line the intestinal wall. They then being to multiply.

Practicing good hygiene during the three stages of food preparation(before, after, during), can greatly reduce the chance of food poisoning. Be smart about your health and take the necessary precautions when working with food.

If you came from a family where you were not allowed to express your true feelings, you may not even be aware of the range of feelings that are normal and experienced every day. In communication with your family you may find yourself overusing the old stand by’s of “Mad, Sad and Happy.”

Communication based on mutual respect

Mutual respect means that children and parents allow each other to express their beliefs and feelings honestly and without fear of rejection. You may not agree with what is being shared, but you do agree they have the right to their feelings.

Use of “I” statements

When we start a conversation by saying “You always..” the other person automatically puts up defenses. Instead in using a statement on how the behavior makes you feel, you will not be laying blame and the child is more likely to listen. In most cases, it is not the behavior that is frustrating you but the possible consequences it will produce for you. A simple formula is stating;

1. When (behavior)
2. I feel (feeling)
3. because (state the consequence)

So instead of blaming a child, you might say, “When I see toys all over the living room, after I have asked you to pick them up, I feel like I am not being heard and it hurts my feelings.Because the toys are still here, we have two choices, either you pick them up or I will pick them up and put them away for a day.”

Tune into non-verbal clues

Verbal language is communication of information. Nonverbal language is communication of relationships. Watch for clues on how your child is really feeling. Acknowledging these clues allows the child to express his feelings. For instance: “when you roll your eyes that way, I think you don’t agree, is that right?” “Your frown tells me you are concerned about something. Want to talk about it?”

Words reflecting “upset” feelings

Children need to understand that there are many varying degrees of upset feelings. Some such examples are: abandoned, accused, angry, anxious, bored, defeated, difficult, disappointed, discouraged, disgusted, disrespected, doubt, embarrassed, frightened, frustrated, guilty, hate, hopeless, hurt inadequate, incapable, left out, miserable, put down, rejected, sad, stupid, unfair, unhappy, unloved, worried, worthless.

Words reflecting “happy” feelings

Just as there are varying degrees of upset feelings, there are just as many different words to describe happy emotions, such as accepted, amused, appreciated, better, capable, comfortable, confident, encouraged, enjoy, excited, glad, good grateful, great, happy, joyful, love, pleased, proud, relieved, respected, satisfied, silly.

We all go through periods in our lives when we feel like it is
spinning out of control and we don’t know what to do about it.
It may be because of an unexpected tragedy that rocks us to our
core and causes us to re-evaluate what is most important to us.
It could be because we are going through a more positive, yet
stressful, experience by choice, like planning a wedding or
moving to a new and exciting place. Or it could just be because
we have a hard time saying no and have too many commitments.
Whatever the case may be, we can all relate to the experience of
feeling out of control. But how do we get that control back? The
following are three sure-fire strategies that you can apply
today to begin to get a sense of control and feel some peace of
mind.

Take a few minutes to just stop and breathe. This is perhaps the
most powerful way of gaining control in the moment that you can
do. I even suggest that you sandwich your day with this
practice. Before you get out of bed in the morning take just
five minutes to breathe. Just focus on your breath. This
technique is very calming. You are going to be tempted to start
thinking about all you have to do that day or whatever worries
are on your mind, but go back to your breath. You can think
later, but for now, just breathe. A calm mind will be much more
efficient than one that is hopping from thought to thought. Do
it again before you go to sleep. Are you having trouble
sleeping? This can help you calm your mind so you can get some
rest and be more efficient the next day. Use this technique
throughout the day whenever you start to feel that “pumped up”
feeling. You will immediately begin to feel more in control and
at peace.

Prioritize. You can prioritize for the day, for the week, for
your life, or even for just the next moment. Sometimes that is
all we can handle. Any level or depth of prioritizing will help
you gain control. Prioritizing means choice. You choose what is
most important to you at any given time. You always have the
power to choose. Even when events happen to you that are out of
your control, you can choose how you respond to them. In that
moment you prioritize your thoughts and feelings. You may say
that you can’t control your feelings, and this is true to a
degree. You may not be able to control your initial reaction,
but you can choose how you will think about a situation, which
will eventually lead to how you feel about it. As you begin to
feel as though you are gaining control, you can then begin to
prioritize for the long term. The more you think about and
decide what is most important to you, the more you will operate
from a place of conscious choice. As you do this, you will have
more feelings of control and peace.

Focus on doing one thing at a time. I know in this day and age
of multi-tasking we think we can’t get enough done if we are not
doing more than one thing at a time. But is this really true?
Have you ever noticed that the things we do with only half our
attention, we often have to do over? Generally, when we give our
tasks the undivided attention they truly require, we can get
more done more efficiently. Just try this for a day and see what
you can get accomplished.

What are you willing to begin today? Commit to at least one
strategy, notice the effects, and you will want to incorporate
all three. Applying these strategies during stressful times will
help you gain a sense of control in your life. If you also begin
to practice them in your daily life any time, you will begin to
discover what it feels like to be at peace. Isn’t this what most
of us are ultimately striving for anyway? I guess the key is to
stop striving and breathe, prioritize, and focus. I guarantee
that over time, the accumulated effects of these changes will
dramatically change your quality of life and give you peace.

Very few people, whether they are golfers or not, realize that the mind cannot stand still. Even the most unobservant person’s mind is continually receiving new impressions. In the course of a single round many of new ideas enter the mind of every golfer, possibly leading him to trying experiments, a change either of grip or stance, or, sometimes a deliberate attempt to slice or hook an iron-shot.

Every golfer is at heart a risk-taker.
And I think that the risk-taking golfer has the best of it; he gets much more enjoyment from the gain when his risky experimental shots come off than does the timid golfer whose motto is safety first. And more than this: since the human mind cannot stand still, it is natural to theorize & take risk, and consequently, unnatural not to.
For too long the risk-taker has been under a cloud; he has been the joke of his fellow-golfers, and he has been held up to ridicule & scorn by commentators
“Nothing is constant but change!” That is very true of golf.

Just as the golfer’s mind cannot stand still, neither can his play. Playing just a few rounds a year may leave you playing at the same level at the end of the year with no improvement in your game. A simple increase in the number of rounds played, and more time devoted to strengthening the weak points in your game, both physical & mental, and your standard will become higher. Of course, the reverse is also true: little play, little practice, and no work on the mental game, and down the standard slides, and up goes the handicap.

So make it a point to increase the number of rounds you play this summer while also working on the all important mental golf game. Locate area’s that need improvement and work to strengthen them, and you will see a great improvement in your game.

If you are a regular driver and one accustomed to driving throughout the southern US, you know that your vehicle will soon become well acquainted with insects. Lots of them! Your windshield can get clouded over by bug splatter within minutes. Without a bug deflector in place you will be running your wipers and using up your windshield washer fluid in no time. Bug splatter is not only an inconvenience, but a dangerous distraction. You can outfit your vehicle with this simple to install device to protect your windshield and paint from bug juice.

A bug deflector or bug shield — as some call it — is one of the easiest devices to install on your vehicle. A properly installed shield will help deflect bugs as well as rocks saving the hood of your vehicle from damaging chips and splatter. With a bug deflector properly in place you will be able to complete your journeys without needless distraction.

Installation can be accomplished in minutes especially if you have a second person on hand to help you line up the bug shield correctly. Before you start, you will need to thoroughly wash and dry your vehicle taking extra care to clean the area where the deflector will be mounted. Most deflectors come with an alcohol pad to wipe away residual debris. You will then dry that area with a soft cloth.

After cleaning your vehicle, you will be ready to install the bug deflector. Most deflectors are fastened with heavy duty double sided 3M tape, so there is no drilling involved. Next, remove the backing of the tape and line up the shield with your hood. This is why a second person can be so handy: you’ll have the added assurance of making sure the shield is properly centered. You may need to use a marking pencil for exact placement, but don’t worry you can wash the marks away when installation has been completed.

Once you have adhered the deflector to the proper place on your vehicle, you will then attach two small clear rubber bumpers to place on the hood behind the bug deflector. Place them in the areas where the hood and bug deflector will come in contact with each other during high speed driving.

That’s it! Installation is a breeze and can be accomplished in 15-20 minutes.

Manufacturers have created some awesome looking bug shields that not only protect your car but give it a really “cool” look. Bug deflectors are made from either scratch resistant acrylic or with stainless steel. Any sized car or truck can be outfitted with a shield; shop online to find one that is right for your vehicle.
